Meet Latisha
Latisha is an associate in the firm’s litigation group. Her practice focuses on a broad range of complex commercial litigation matters, including commercial leasing, construction, and real estate litigation. She regularly advises and represents clients through all stages of the litigation process, and has experience in both private mediations and arbitrations.
Latisha has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court, and administrative tribunals, and has successfully represented clients in a variety of contested proceedings.
Prior to joining Daoust Vukovich LLP, Latisha was a litigation associate at an international full-service law firm, where she practiced in a wide range of areas including civil litigation, privacy, and access to information law.
Latisha received her Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School, where she was awarded the Dean’s Gold Key Award. She was called to the Bar in Ontario in 2019. Latisha also holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto.
