Meet Portia

Portia is a seasoned Senior Commercial Real Estate Law Clerk, with over twenty-five years of specialized experience. Portia plays a key role in supporting our clients on a broad range of complex commercial real estate transactions. Her expertise includes the preparation and management of documentation and due diligence for acquisitions, dispositions, and financings.

Portia is highly skilled in reviewing and clearing title matters and coordinating all types of title registrations. She also manages diverse development matters across all types of real property, including retail, office, industrial, multi-residential, and mixed-use projects, such as subdivisions, easements, expropriations, and severances. Portia also assists our clients with corporate matters, including preparing for incorporation, attending to associated filings, and conducing minute book reviews.
