Meet Raquel
Raquel Aleman is a litigation law clerk. She joined Daoust Vukovich's litigation group in 2020 as a legal assistant and became a law clerk in 2024.
Raquel’s work as a commercial and construction law clerk includes preparing legal documents and compiling case material for hearings, arbitrations, mediations and trials at all levels of Court in Ontario, including Small Claims Court, Superior Court of Justice and Court of Appeal.
Raquel has extensive experience working in litigation. Before joining Daoust Vukovich, Raquel worked in a Toronto law firm which emphasized its practice on bankruptcy and insolvency, debtor/creditor, security enforcement and commercial disputes.
Raquel holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts from Western University.
