Meet Paul

Paul is a partner at Daoust Vukovich and a member of the litigation group and the construction group. Paul’s practice primarily focuses on construction litigation, where he provides his clients with pragmatic timely solutions. Paul's practice includes representing owners, general contractors/ subcontractors, construction managers, and engineers throughout Ontario in adjudications, arbitrations, construction lien proceedings, and breach of trust actions. His practice also includes property disputes, including adverse possession, and discharging instruments.

Paul's expertise in litigating and resolving complex construction litigation matters at various levels of the Ontario courts has led his peers to annually choose him as one of the Best Construction Lawyers since 2022.

Paul is a frequent speaker at conferences and seminars including the ICSC Canadian Law Conference and Osgoode Hall Continuing Professional Development Programs.

Paul is a graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School and was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 2009. Paul joined the firm in 2022 bringing his construction practice to Daoust Vukovich LLP, where is practice compliments Daoust Vukovich’s other practice areas.
