Meet Mary Ann

Mary Ann is a law clerk in our commercial leasing and real estate groups. Since joining Daoust Vukovich in 2000, she has played a key role in supporting the firm’s lawyers on a broad range of commercial leasing and real estate transactions. Her work includes preparing and managing documentation for lease negotiations, renewals, terminations, and real property agreements, as well as assisting with title searches, due diligence, and closing procedures.

Before joining the firm, Mary Ann worked as a leasing paralegal for one of Canada’s largest commercial real estate developers, where she was responsible for preparing and negotiating leases for major shopping centres.

Mary Ann earned an Associate Level Program Certificate from the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario in 2002.
